What we collect
When you order from Drip we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and city, plus the products and quantities you order. That information is needed to prepare and deliver your order.
Your password is stored as a salted, irreversible hash, and we never keep it in readable form.
What we do not collect
Drip does not run tracking or advertising scripts, and we do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Payments are settled directly between you and the seller, so we never see or store your payment credentials.
How we use your data
Your phone number, name and address are used only to confirm and deliver your orders and to contact you about them, for example over WhatsApp or SMS.
Storage and retention
Order information is stored in our secure database so you can see your order history in your account. You can ask us to delete your account and order records at any time by contacting us.
